Bicasso Motorcycle Rebuild Giveaway Official Rules:

No Purchase Necessary To Enter Or Win. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

These Official Rules, known as the “Brandon Bicasso Master Rules,” or “Master Rules” OR “Terms” shall apply to any giveaway, sweepstakes, or any promotion program (collectively, “Promotion(s)”) conducted through Brandon Bicasso (“Sponsor”) that specifically refers to these Master Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or amend these Master Rules at any time.

The Bicasso Motorcycle Rebuild Giveaway will start on or about 12:00pm on October 1st, 2023 and ends at 11:59pm on november 24th, 2023. On Or About november 30th, 2023, we will announce the winner. ("Giveaway Period")

By participating in the promotion, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND FULLY AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. DO NOT SUBMIT AN ENTRY WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii), Washington, D.C, and canada, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Employees of Bicasso Media, LLC, its affiliates and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence whether related or not. Potential winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility prior to prize award.

On Or About November 30th, 2023, Brandon Bicasso will Host a live broadcast of the random drawing on the Brandon Bicasso Youtube Channel. Potential Winner Must Have Active and proper insurance coverage for the giveaway prize. Potential Winner must be an active subscriber to the Brandon Bicasso Youtube Channel and maintain their subscriber status during the Giveaway Period. Potential Winner must pay for all shipping, taxes and applicable fees where necessary.

The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state/provincial/territorial, municipal and local laws and is void or prohibited where restricted by law. By entering the promotion, all entrants fully understand and agree to be bound by these master rules and decisions of Sponsor which are final.

PRIZE: 2022 Indian Super Chief Limited (”Giveaway Prize” or “Prize”) Includes all modifications added during Motorcycle Rebuild.

Your odds of winning giveaway prize depend upon the number of entries received.

Entries for promotions are as follows: $50 = 1 Entry (Limit of 500)

To enter promotion without making a purchase, on a 3”x5” note card, write your full legal name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), e-mail address and your daytime telephone number with area code. On the other side of your entry note card, write out (by year/make/model (Example: 2023 Indian Challenger Dark Horse) 10 motorcycles that Brandon Bicasso has publicly stated he has owned on the Brandon Bicasso Youtube Channel and 5 vehicle identification numbers of those motorcycles. Any motorcycles mentioned on your entry card that was not publicly stated by Brandon Bicasso that he has owned on the Brandon Bicasso Youtube Channel or incorrect matching vehicle identification numbers will void your entry.

On the outside of an A2 mailing envelope, print your full legal name and legal residing return address in the upper left corner. Any entries received without legible print will be considered incomplete and void. Mail your entry with sufficient (un-metered) postage affixed to: Brandon Bicasso Motorcycle Giveaway P.O Box 933 Montgomery, AL 36101. Limit one entry per mailing envelope and person. Mailed entries must be post-marked within the giveaway period to be considered valid. Mailed entries post-marked in the final month of the giveaway period must be received within 3 days of the giveaway period end. Any altered, mechanically created, or metered mail is not permitted. Each mailed entry received in the giveaway period will count as 1 entry into the promotion if all requirements stated herein are satisfied. Sponsor is not responsible for any damaged, lost, not legible, late or incorrectly postage affixed entries received. All mailed entries received becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

If required entries for giveaway prize is not met, Sponsor may offer the potential winner a 50% cash prize of the total entries taken during giveaway period.

Giveaway prize will be awarded pre-owned, as-is and without any warranty of any kind by Sponsor. Any transfer of giveaway prize or substitution by potential winner is prohibited. Giveaway prize may not meet safety or emissions testing required in some states. Potential winner of Giveaway prize is required to check their state of residence and use the vehicle lawfully as required by state regulations. Potential Winner assumes all responsibility for maintenance of said Giveaway Prize due to any mechanical malfunction. By accepting Giveaway Prize, or by using, misusing or misapplying the giveaway prize, Potential Winner is agreeing to release, discharge, and hold harmless all released parties from and against any and all responsibility, including damages caused or claimed to have been caused.

Affiliates of Brandon Bicasso will delivery prize at no extra cost to Potential Winner if Potential Winner resides within 250 miles of Alabama State Capitol Building. Any Distance over 250 miles, Potential Winner must pay for all shipping, delivery and pickup fees of giveaway prize or take delivery of giveaway prize at destination determined by Brandon Bicasso. Potential winner must claim and take delivery of giveaway prize within 30 days. All attempts to contact potential winner will be made including email, mail and, telephone. Potential Winner will receive a tax 1099 form, and will be required to sign a release of liability, prize acceptance form, a declaration of eligibility (if applicable), and where lawful, a publicity release. Another drawing will be held if potential winner does not return any required documents, reply within 30 days or cannot accept delivery of giveaway prize. Potential winner can not, under any circumstance, transfer said giveaway prize to friends, colleagues or family members.

Except where prohibited, by accepting giveaway prize, Potential Winner gives permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising purposes and publicity on all media platforms without further compensation, time limitation, and without territorial restrictions.
